Disabilities person of unregistered Afler the expiration of 12 (twelve) months from the commencement of this Act, no Government or private Health Institution, Hospital, Dispensary, inflimary or lying in Hospital shall employ any category of Nurse, Lady Health Visitor, Auxiliary Nurse Midwives/ Female Health Workers unless he or she is registered under this Act.
