Withdrawal of recognition from institution and any School /College of Nursing 1) Whenever the Council on receipt of an adverse report, is of opinion that an enquiry, should be made as to the desirability of withdrawing recognition from a particular institution, it shall depute its President and a member for further inspection on such terms as it thinks fit and at the same time call upon the Institution with Indian Nursing Council conformation to show cause as to why its recognition should not 19 The Nagaland Gazette, Part-V 29, June, 2019 be withdrawn.
