Election of President and Vice-Presideflt,- As soon as possible as and not later than fifteen days after the constitution of the new council the members shall elect the successor President and Vice- 27 The Nagaland Gazette, Part-V 29, June, 2019 President of the council from among themselves in a meeting of the council.
