In th~s Act unless there is anything repugnant in the subject context: i Assets mean all movable assets vested in the Municivalities: , , (i) Municipality means an institution of Self -Government constituted under Section 8 and Section 20 of the Nagaland Municipal Act, 2001. Obligation of Municipality
