There shall be Sector Representative for each Sector. 5 . Any registered voter in anAreamay file his nomination for the office of Sector Representative, unless he is disqualified for being chosen as, and for being, an Sector Representative. Disqualifications for being a Sector Representative (a) By or under any law for the time being in force for the purposesof elections to the Legislature of the State, or for the purpose of elections to the Mwicipality: -372- Provided that no person shall be disqualified on the ground that he is less than25 (twenty-five) years of age, if he has attained the age of 18 (eighteen) years; or (b) If he is an elected representative under either the Representative of the People Act, 195 1 or this Act.
