Declaration and specification of Municipal Area: On the expiry of a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication of the notification issued under section 3 and after consideration of the objections submitted under section 4, the Government by notification, declare and specify such area or part thereof to be Municipal Council area or Town Council area or Urban Station Committee area, as the case maybe.
