Nuisance.- No person shall permit any person under his control to whom the provisions of Section 82, Section 83 and Section 84 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Act 45 of 1860), are applicable, to commit within the municipal area, a nuisance upon any street or into any public sewer or drain or any drain communicating therewith.
