Roofs and external walls not to be made of inflammable material.- The Municipality may direct that within certain limits of the municipal area, to be fixed by it, the roofs and external walls of huts or other buildings shall not be made or renewed of grass, mats, leaves or other highly inflammable materials without the permission of the Municipality in writing and the Municipality may, by written notice, require any person who has disobeyed any such direction to remove or alter the roofs or walls so made or renewed as it may think fit.
