Infected building not to be let without being first disinfected.- Where in any municipal area any building or part of a building is intended to be let and in which any person has, within six weeks immediately preceding, been suffering from a dangerous disease the person letting the building or part thereof shall, before doing so, disinfect the same together with all articles therein liable to retain infection in such a manner, as the Chief Officer of the Municipality may by general or special notice direct.
