Maps of underground utilities. The Chief Officer of the Municipality shall, cause to be maintained complete survey maps. drawings and descriptions of all the underground utilities in the municipal area of the Municipality, and of maps of fire hydrants and sewerage man-holes in such form and in such manner, as may be prescribed and shall, ensure the secrecy of the same in conformity with the provisions of the Official Secrets Act, 1923 (Act 19 to 1923).
