Appointment of places for disposal and final disposal of solid wastes,- The Municipality may cause the solid wastes to be disposed of at such place or places within or outside the municipal area and in such manner, as it considers suitable: Provided that no place, which has not been before the commencement of this Act, used for the purpose specified in this section, shall be used, except in conformity with the provisions of the Nagaland Town and Country Planning Act, 1966 (Act NO:4 fo 1966), and any other law relating thereto for the time being in force. Provided further that the solid wastes shall not be finally disposed of in any manner in which the same have not hereto before been so disposed of or in any manner which the Government may think fit to disallow. 372
