Employment of Government agencies for repairs, etc,- The Government may, for reasons to be recorded direct that any specified work, repair, renewal or replacement, which is to be undertaken by or for the Municipality, shall be carried out on behalf of the Municipality by the Government, and Municipality shall pay to the Government the charges therefor at the rates and subject to the terms for the time being applicable incase of works, constructed by the Government on behalf of a local authority.
