Registration of tubewelis The Chief Officer of a Municipality shall, cause to be maintained a register, in such form and in such manner, as may be determined by regulations, which shall provided an inventory of the tubewels, public or private, sunk in the municipal area of the Municipality and such register shall be updated from time to time.
