Constitution- The Executive Committee shall consist of five members. The President ofthe Council shall be Ex-Officio Chairman ofthe Executive Committee. The Council shall elect the other four members ofthe Executive Committee from amongst themselves as follows- a) One member to be elected fiom amongst members nominated under Clause(a) of sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Act b) One memberto be el& from amongst members nominated under Clause (b) of sub-section (3) of Section3 of the Act c) One member to be elected &om amongst members nomina-ted under Clause (c) of sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Act d) One member to be selected fiom either Dean of Medical Faculty of the University of Nagaland or Director of Health Services of the Government.
