Whoever contravene of the provision of’ this Act, or of any rule or order made thereunder, shall on conviction be punishable with fine not exceeding fifty rupees, or in default with simple imprisionment for a term not exceeding one month or in the case of second or subsequent conviction to fine of five hundred rupees or with imprisonment up to six months or with both fine and imprisonment.
