(1) (5) Amendment of Section 2 of Nagaland Act No; 4 of 1990 The Existing sub-section 5 of sec. 2 of the Nagaland Liquor Total Prohibition Act, 1989 shall be substituted by the following, namely; “Para Military Force” means persons under Assam Rifles Act, 1941, Border Security Force Act, 1968, Central ReservePolice Force Act 1949, Central Industrial Security Force Act, 1968 and when posted in the State ofNagaland.
