Total Prohibition of liquor and Nagaland a dry State. No person shall- (1) transport, import or posses liquor, (2) sell of buy liquor, (3) consume liquor, (4) manufacture liquor; and (5) use or keep any material, utensil, implement or apparatus whatsoever for manufacture of liquor. Explanation: From the commencement of this Act:- (1) The Nagaland shall be a dry State and; (2) There shall be total prohibition of liquor in the State.
