Right, Title or Interest Under Permit Not Liable to be Sold or Attached in Execution Not withstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force no right, title or interest in any permit, pass or authorization granted under this Act, shall be liable to be sold, transferred or attached in execution of any process of any civil or any other court.
