Permission to Use or Consumption of Liquor in Mass and Canteens of Armed Forces etc.:- The State Government may, on such conditions as may be specified by a general or special order, permit- (i) the sale of liquor, and (ii) the purchase, use or consumption of such liquor in the State by- (iii) the members of Armed.
