SHORT TITLE AND COMMENCEMENT: (i) This act shall be called the Nagaland Legislative Assembly Members Salaries, Allowances and Pension (Amendment) Act, 2002. (ii) It shall come into force on such date as the state government may by notification in official gazette appoint.
