SHORT TITLE AND COMMENCEMENT. (i) This Act shall be called Nagaland Legislative Assembly Member's Salaries, Allowances and Pension (Amendment) Act 200 1. (ii) It shall come into force on such a date as the State government may by Notification in Official Gazette appoint.
