There shall be paid to each member the following allowances: (i) a daily allowance of Rupees two hundred per day during the Session and Committees meetings for halts during the tour within the State as duly approved by the Speaker and Rupees three hundred per day for the tour outside the State as duly approved by the Speaker or Rupees four hundred per day in such case where Nagaland House is not available. (ii) Traveling allowance at a rate admissible to a Government servant of the First Grade under relevant rules. (iii) Hospitality allowance at a rate of Rupees one thousand five hundred only per mensem. (iv) News paper and magazine allowance at a rate of Rupees two hundred and fifty per mensem.
