Amendment of Section-4 The Section -4 of the Principal Act shall he substituted by the following namely — “4(1) DAILY ALLOWANCES : —There shall be paid to each Member a daily allowances of rupees one hundred per day during the Session and Committee meeting for halts during tours within the State provided the tour is approved by the Sneaker, further rupees one hundred and fifty per day will be paid on 5tours, duly approved by the Speaker outside the State but within the Country” “(2) TRAVELLING ALLOWANCES Each Member shall he paid traveling allowance at the rate admissible to a Government Servant of the first Grade, under relevant rules as applicable from time to time.”
