Amendment of Section 11 of Nagaland Act 3 of 1965. In Section 11 of the Nagaland Land (Requisition and Acquisition) Act, 1965. (i) In sub-section (1), the following further provison shall be inserted :— “Provided further that in addition to the market value of the land or building, as above provided, the Collector shall in every case award a sum 15% of such market value, in consideration of the compulsory nature of the acquisition.” (U) In sub-section (2), the words “but no amount referred to in sub-section (2) of Section 23 of that Act shall be included in the award” shall be deleted.
