(1) In each year, on such date as may be fixed by the Government, the Board shall prepare and forward to the Government a programme of work. (2) The programme shall contain: (a) particulars of the scheme which the Board propose to execute whether in part or whole during the next year, (b) particulars of any work or undertaking which the Board proposes to execute during the next year for the next year for the purposes of carrying out its functions under this Act, and (c) such other particulars as may he prescribed.
