(1) The Board of management shall consist of: (a) The Vice-Chancellor (b) The Registrar (c) Three persons, nominated by the Sponsor (d) Two Deans of the faculties as nominated by the Chancellor; (e) Two representatives to be nominated by the State Government (2) The Vice-Chancellor shall be the Chairman of the Board of Management and the Registrar shall be the Secretary of the Board of Management (3) The powers and functions ofthe Board of management shall be such as may be prescribed.
