The Board may alter a Housing Scheme or any part thereof included in the Budget as approved by the Government, provided that no alteration shall be made if it involves an expenditure in excess of ten (10) percent of the amount allocated for that particular scheme in the Budget or if it affects the scope or purpose of such scheme Duties of the Board.
