A Housing or improvement scheme shall be one or a combination of any two or more of the following types or adaptation of any features thereof, namely :- (a) supply of roofing material to the villagers; (b) a building scheme including colonisation scheme; (c) a rehabilitation housing scheme; (d) city or town or village expansion scheme; (e) a road construction or development scheme; (f) a land development scheme.
