Subject to the provisions of any law for the time being in force relating to drugs and poisons the State Govt shall have the power to regulate and control the manufacture, storage or sale of Homoeopathic drugs and medicines by the grant of licences to manufacturers, stockists and sellers, on such conditions and on payment of such fees as may beprescribed.
