After the publication of the names of Homoeopathcs under Section 6 of the Act and after such time as the State government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, notify that no person other than a "Registered Homoeopath" holding a licence to practice as herein before provided, shall practice the Homoeopathic System of Medicines.
