The Commissioner may, if he considers it necessary or power to expedientso to do for the purpose of uniformity in the issue implementation of this issue Act, such orders, instruction instructions or directions to the State tax officer as it may deem fit, and or directions. thereupon all such officers and all other persons employed in the implementation of this Act shall observe and follow such orders instructions or directions. 540 Service of notice in certain circumstances.
