Amendment 1 of section 2 (19) 'University" means the sewexternally funded State University by the name "The Global Open University (Nagaland)" established under this Act; Section 2 (21 ) "Visitor" means the Visitor of the University. Amendment 2 of section 3 (5) (i): The headquarters of the University shall be at Diapur while the main Campuses of the University shall be at Wokhaand Kohima in the State of Nagaland.
