(1) Theuniversity shall seek obtainandretainaccreditationhmrespecmie national accreditation bodies for all its courses and programmes of study, asrequiredunder the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 and the University Grants Commission BtablihentandMaintenance, of Standards inF'rivateUniversities) Regulations 2003, as amended h m time to time. (2) The Univenity shall obtainpriorpermission/recognition from bodies like All IndiaCouncil offechnical Education, Bar Council of India, DistanceEducation Council. Dental Council of India, IndianNursing Council, Medical Council of India, National Council for teacher Education, Pharmacy Council of India etc., for its courses and programmes of study. (3) The University shall also comply withall other laws, desregdations in force in regardto maintenance of educational and other standards in the University.
