(1)As farpossible, the Councils, Committees, Boards under this Act and the ad hoc Committees that be constituted under regulations, shall function in harmony. (2) Notwithstanding anything in thisAct or any regulationmade thereunder, any conflict between the Councils, Committees, Boards under this Act shall be deemed to have beenresolvedn favour ofthe Council or Committee or Board which has precedence over the other as found in the following order: (i) The Governing Council u) The Executive Council (iii) The Academic Counc~l (IV) The Finance Comttee (v) The Boards of Studies (vi) The ad hoc Committees Chapter VI Finance, Contract, Audit Etc,,. No financial obligation on State Government
