Requisition of Firefighting property Where the Director or Fire Officer, who is in-charge of a fire-fighting or any emergency operation requires fire-fighting equipment and appliance or property of any other Authority or any institution or individual, he may by order requisition such equipment or property for the purpose of extinguishing fire or any other emergencies in any area and take possession thereof from the Authority or any institution or individual, as the case may be.
