Declaration of Fire and Emergency Service as Technical Service Without Prejudice to the provisions of any other law on the subject for the time being in force, the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, declare the Fire and Emergency Service as Technical Service since it requires mandatory technical courses/ trainings.
