Superintendence of Fire and Emergency Service to vest in State Government The superintendence of, and control over, the Fire and Emergency Service throughout the State shall vest in the State Government and the Fire and Emergency Service shalL be administered by the State Government in accordance with the provisions of this Act and / or any rule made thereunder, through such Fire Officers as the State Government may, from time to time, appoint in this behalf.
