Penalty for willfully obstructing the firefighting, rescue operations Any person who willfully obstructs or interferes with any member of the Fire and Emergency Service, who is engaged in fire-fighting operations, shalt be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to Ten thousand rupees, or with both.
