Power to arrange for water supply during emergency It shalt be Lawful for the Director or Fire Officer of the fire-fighting operations to draw water from any source in the area which he considers necessary during fire-fighting operations and on such occasions as may be required and the Authority or owner or occupier having control over such water source shalt supply water for that purpose at such rates as may be prescribed.
