Changes in Water User's Association: The Department may in the interest of the Water User's Association in the command area, by notification and in accordance with the rules made in this behalf, (a) form a new Water User's Association by separating the area from any Water User's Association; @) increase the area of any WaterUser'sAssociation; (c) diminish the area of any Water User's Association; (d) alter the boundaries of any Water User's Association; (e) cancel anotification issuedunder this Act orrectifying any mistake; : provided that, no such separation, increase, diminution, alteration and cancellation shall be effected unless areasonable opportunity is given to the organisation likely to ba affected.
