Short title extent and commencement: @ This Act may be called the Nagaland Fanners Participation in Management of Irrigation System Act 2013. (in) It extends to the whole of the state ofNagaland. (ii) It shall come into force on such date as the government may by notification in the Nagaland Gazette , appoint and may appoint different dates for different areas and for different provisions.
