The Factories Act, 1948, shall as from the commencement of this Act extend to Kohima, Mokokchung, Zunheboto, Wokha and Peak Districts in the State of Nagaland and shall come into force therein on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
