Substituted vide Nagaland Act 12 of 1969 w.e.f. 1.9.69. Entertainment allowance.- 9. The Deputy Speaker shall be entitled to entertainment allowance of [rupees two hundred and fifty per mensem.]1 Power to make rules.- 10. (1) The State Government may in consultation with the Speaker, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) All rules made under this Act shall be laid before the Nagaland Legislative Assembly, as soon as may be, after they are made and shall be subject to such modifications as may be made by the Legislative Assembly.
