Short title, extend and commencement: (i) This act shall be called the Nagaland Conmunitization of Public Institution and Services (Amendment) Act of 2004. (ii) It shall extend to the whole of Nagaland. (iii) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may be direct by notification.
