Bye-Laws: (1) A Co-operative shall frame their own Bye-Laws and the affairs of the Co- operative Society shall be managed in accordance with the terms, conditions and procedure specified in the Bye-Laws. (2) Subject to the provisions of this Act the functioning of every Co- operative Society shall be regulated by its Bye-Laws. (3) The Bye-Laws may contain such matters as decided by the General Assembly and shall be specific and confined only to the matters provided in Schedule 'B'. However, the Bye-Laws of a society shall in no case supersede the provisions of the Act. 565
