Contributory Provident Fund: (1) A Co-operative having members or class of employees more than the limit prescribed under the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952, for the purpose shall maintain the Employees Contributory Provident Fund for the benefit of its employees and all contributions made by employees and Co-operative shall be credited to a separate account. (2) The quantum of money standing in the credit of any contributory provident fund established by a co-operative under sub-section (1) shall not 605 (a) be used in the business of Co-operative; (b) form part of assets of Co-operative; (c) be liable to attachment or be subject to any other process of any court or other authority.
