Reserves and other funds; (1) A Co-operative may create statutory and non statutory reserve and other funds for the promotion of objects of the Co-operative. (2) Reserve and other fund shall be used for the purpose for which they were created whenever found necessary but otherwise may be use in the business of the Co-operative. 603
