Certificate of registration: A certificate of registration signed by the Registrar shall be issued to the Society and shall be conclusive evidence that the Co-operative Society therein mentioned is a Co-operative Society duly registered under this Act and that its Bye-Laws are as attached to the certificate, unless it is proved that the registration of the Society has been cancelled or that amended Bye- Laws have been registered or that the society's copy of the Certificate or Bye- Laws has been tampered with.
