Cognizance of Offence: (1) No court inferior to that of a Magistrate of the first class shall try any offence under this Act. (2) No prosecution for an offence under this Act shall be instituted without the previous sanction of the Registrar. (3) Offence under this Act maybe tried summarily. CHAPTER Xl JURISDICTION
