Punishment for disposing property in contravention of Section 61: Any member, past member or the nominee, heir or legal representative of a deceased member removing or otherwise disposing of any property on which a registered society holds a charge under Section 61 with intend to defraud the society or with such intents doing any other act to the prejudice of the society's charge shall be punishable with a fine not less than five thousand rupees or as the Registrar may deem fit.
